Edit /template-parts/footer/colophon-top.php or simply remove get_template_part('template-parts/footer/colophon','top') from footer.php if this section is not needed.

This template is set up with hardcoded footer links.
Edit /template-parts/footer/colophon-nav.php and modify the links, or uncomment the wp_nav_menu funtion to use the WP Menu System.
Name your footer menus Footer 1, Footer 2, etc.
